Lutai Detail — Terms & Conditions

By scheduling any service with Lutai Detail, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms exist to ensure clarity, quality, and a consistent experience for both you and our team.
1. Appointments & Access
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform or by direct communication.
- You must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. If you are not present, the vehicle must be left unlocked or with prior access arrangements made.
- If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle within 15 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and may incur a fee.
2. Payment & Subscriptions
- Quotes are custom based on the vehicle’s condition and services selected during your initial walkthrough.
- All subscription plans are billed monthly via autopay. If your payment method fails, service may be paused until resolved.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly. There are no cancellation fees, but we require before your next billing cycle.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a $20 cancellation fee, unless due to an emergency.
- If we must reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted promptly and rescheduled at no additional charge.
4. Vehicle Condition & Limitations
- You are responsible for disclosing any sensitive electronics, damaged surfaces, or unique features before detailing.
- We do our best to restore vehicles to a clean and maintained state. However, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and beyond our restoration capabilities.
- Lutai Detail is not liable for , including but not limited to: cracked leather, worn fabric, damaged paint, or rust.
5. Personal Items & Valuables
- Please remove all valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
- Any personal belongings left in the vehicle will be placed in a inside the vehicle for you to retrieve later.
6. Weather Conditions
- In cases of extreme weather (lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe temperatures), appointments may be rescheduled for safety.
- In light rain or safe conditions, we may proceed with limited services where appropriate.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
- Photos may be requested to verify areas of concern.
8. Health & Safety
- For your safety and ours, we may decline service if hazardous materials (e.g. mold, blood, biohazards) are found. We do not offer biohazard or sharp item removal services.
- Our team reserves the right to end any service if they feel unsafe or disrespected.

- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
